We are currently looking for a professional who will support us with their experience in launching and managing new e-commerce projects.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead projects related to e-commerce development
Identify and implement new customer acquisition channels and tactics
Work closely with IT, marketing teams, and external partners
Implement new functionalities and system integrations
Monitor activities and respond quickly to errors
Create project schedules and oversee deadlines
Analyze data, prepare reports, and recommend optimization actions
Test new solutions to improve conversion rates
Research trends and benchmarks in the e-commerce field
Analyze marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, conversions) and suggest improvements

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management within e-commerce/digital
Strong knowledge of e-commerce processes and tools
Experience with project management software
Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions from reports
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills and ease of collaboration with both technical and business teams
Decision-making and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, BI tools, Excel/Sheets)
Experience with performance marketing campaigns is a plus
